Top Tier Advisory was founded on a simple observation: most startups fail to raise capital not because their businesses are bad, but because their materials do not do them justice.

Founders spend months building products and acquiring customers, then walk into investor meetings with a financial model that does not tie, a deck with no narrative arc, and a valuation plucked from thin air. The investor says "come back when you have your numbers together." The round dies.
